Q: How much does a typical closet system cost?

A: There are many factors that influence the cost of a custom closets. Some of these factors include the design concept, the size of the space being designed, if drawers and doors are being used, design options requested, and the finished selected.

Q: How much does it cost for a designer to come to my home?

A: Signature Home Solutions always offers a free, no obligation, in home design consultation. Our computer generated design drawings are $ 150.00 which is deducted from the price of your system once the order is placed.

Q: How much does installation cost?

A: Professional installation is always included in our quoted price.

Q: Do you only design closets?

A: No, we can offer innovative designs for laundry rooms, pantries, garages, offices any place in your home that requires organization, better space utilization, or storage.

Q: How long will your installation take?

A: Many of our installations can be completed in a day. Large jobs or very complicated jobs require more time and may take two to three days. However, please keep in mind that we are installing your closet. We want to do it right the first time with no call backs!

Q: Do you paint the closet?

A: Our policy is to patch holes that we create as a result of removing any of the shelves and rods that may already be in your closet. We then will spackle the areas we disturb. If touch up paint is supplied we will touch up the spackled areas. Please note however that by no means do we consider this to be a paint job.

Most customers recognize and accept that their clothes, once put away in the closet, will cover most of the disturbed areas, and find our solution to be satisfactory. However, if you want a truly "finished” look we have in house professional painting crews and we will be glad to quote a separate price for this work

Q: Do different melamine colors cost more?

A: Yes, typically wood grains cost approximately 20% more than white or ivory.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Master card.

Q: Do your units have backs?

A: Typically, as is the case with almost all closet companies, your wall acts as the back of our unit. We can provide backs, should they be necessary, at an additional cost.

Q: Does your product come with a warranty?

A: Yes. Signature Home Solutions offers a limited lifetime warranty (see warranty tab).

Q: What do I need to do before my installation?

A: Upon your approval of your design details and colors, please be sure to sign your drawings and return them with your deposit.
